The School ‘CHAVARA HILLS’ which began in the year 2016, draws its name from the lodestar and educational exemplar, St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara (1805-1871), our heavenly patron as well as the founder of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). We are spearheaded by the tenets of this great visionary who imparted education to the societal milieu irrespective of the caste and creed. His principles are tailored verbally and physically by the CMI congregation, the first home grown religious order in India, which has conferred many prestigious and well acclaimed enterprises globally and nationally.

Established in 2015, Chavara Hills takes its name from the inspiring life and legacy of St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara (1805–1871), our revered patron and the founder of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). Guided by the visionary ideals of this great pioneer, who championed education beyond barriers of caste and creed, our school embraces his mission wholeheartedly.
